Before joining Muzinich, he was Managing Director and Co-Head of Financing Advisory and Restructuring for Europe at Greenhill, an American investment bank.
Prior to that, Carlo worked at Lazard in New York and Milan.
During his career at Greenhill and Lazard, he advised corporates and credit funds on complex financing and restructuring situations, with more than 30 completed transactions in North America and Europe across a number of sectors.
Carlo has a bachelor degree in International Economics and Management and a Master of Science in Finance from Bocconi University.
