Cotropia was the founder of Bioclonetics Immunotherapeutics, Inc. (founded in 2009) where he served as the Chief Executive Officer & Director from 2009 to 2020.
He is currently the President & Director at Biogenysis, Inc. and a Member of the State Bar of Texas.
Previously, he was the President, Chief Executive Officer & Director at Enzolytics, Inc. from 2020 to 2024.
He also held the position of Director at the Dallas Bar Association.
Prior to that, he worked as Senior Counsel at Sidley Austin LLP from 1973 to 2015.
Mr. Cotropia obtained his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin and his graduate degree from Cornell University.
