Chris David Marzullo

Prior to joining Brandywine Global in June 2007.
Mr. Marzullo has extensive experience in investment management legal and compliance, having served as associate general counsel with Legg Mason, Inc., Brandywine Global's parent company, for eight years 1998-2006.
In this role, Mr. Marzullo counseled Legg Mason's investment advisory firms providing fixed income, equity and alternative investment management services to a full range of clients.
Previously, he served as a litigation associate with Weinberg & Green LLC 1993-1998.
Mr. Marzullo received his J.
D., graduating magna cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law, and earned his B.S.
in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
