Clyde E.
Ellis held several positions in different firms throughout his career.
He started as an Associate at Peper Martin Jensen Maichel & Hetlage and later became a Partner at Brian Cave LLP.
He also worked as a Counsel for the Transportation Division at General Electric Co. and as a Senior Vice President & General Counsel at Parsons Corp.
In addition, he served as a Secretary, Director & Senior Vice President at Parsons Services Co. Mr. Ellis obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and his graduate degree from American University.
