Swiss Water Decaffeinated Coffee Income Fund is an unincorporated open-ended limited purpose trust established under the laws of the Province of British Columbia by a Declaration of Trust made as at April 3, 2002. The Fund was formed to acquire 100% of the common shares of Swiss Water Decaffeinated Coffee Company Inc. The Company is in the coffee decaffeination business utilizing the branded SWISS WATER® Process of 100% chemical free green coffee decaffeination. The SWISS WATER Process is the worlds only consumer branded decaffeination process and the company supports the brand through ongoing consumer research and focuses consumer advertising.
