David A. Wood

Mr. David A.
Wood is a Founder at Foundation Investment Partners LLC and a Principal at Wood & Sartain LLP.
He is on the Board of Directors at Truck Bodies & Equipment International, Inc. Prior to forming Foundation in August 2009, Mr. Wood was a Partner with Kirtland Capital Partners for ten years.
During his time at Kirtland, he was active in all aspects of sourcing, executing, managing and exiting investments.
Before joining Kirtland, Mr. Wood was a Vice President and Manager of Underwriting in the Structured Finance Division at KeyBank in Cleveland.
A graduate of Allegheny College, Mr. Wood earned a masters degree in business administration and a law degree from Case Western Reserve University.
