He managed a staff of legal and non-legal personnel.
His work experience also includes serving as a Director at BlackRock Solutions and as an Equity Research Associate at Lehman Brothers.
Mr. Brill is a Board Member of the Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) and is a member of the Stock Transfer Association (STA).
Mr. Brill earned his BA in History from the University of Michigan and his JD from American University, Washington College of Law where he was a member of the International Law Review.
