The foundation is based in London, UK. The foundation has made changes in the way it gives back to society due to the Covid-19 crisis and Sir Stelios has pledged to give GBP1m in the next few months to various causes. The foundation was founded in 2011 by Stelios Haji-Ioannou, who graduated from the Cass School of Business in 1989 and embarked on a career in shipping and transportation, famously founding easyJet.
