Diego Luz

Diego is a seasoned senior executive with18+ years of operational experience in the Tech, CPG and Pharmaceutical industries.
Prior to joining Rhombuz, Diego was the CEO of the largest Brazilian UploadToPrint player, relying heavily on technology to differentiate in the mass customization of paper and promotional products.
Diego also served as a PE Director for Patria/Blackstone, acting both as a Board Member and as a BD Director for one of their portfolio companies playing in the Pharma space.
Before that, Diego led multiple turnarounds, DDs, M&A and post-merger management efforts, while helping to build from scratch Hypera, the largest Brazilian CPG and Pharma company, through different C-level positions.
In his early days, he was a Business Analyst in McK.
He joined the Rhombuz network in 2018 and became a full time Partner in 2020.
Diego holds a BS in Economics from Universidade de São Paulo and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
