Donald Copeland

Donald Darrell Copeland is the founder of Titanium Oil & Gas Ltd (1999), Diamond Tree Energy Ltd. (2001), and Codeco Engineering Ltd. (2007).
He held the titles of President & Chief Executive Officer at Titanium Oil & Gas Ltd in 2001 and Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at Diamond Tree Energy Ltd. in 2007.
He was also the President of Codeco Engineering Ltd. in 2007-2008.
Mr. Copeland is also the founder of Codeco Consulting Ltd. Currently, he is a Director at Toscana Capital Corp., a Member at the Institute of Corporate Directors, and an Independent Director at Renegade Petroleum Ltd. since 2013.
He held several former positions, including Chairman & Secretary at Wise Wood Corp.
in 2002-2004, Executive Chairman at Upper Lake Oil & Gas Ltd. in 2007-2008, Chairman at Stoneham Administration, Inc. in 2008-2011, Chairman at Toscana Energy Income Corp.
