The firm was originally created when Ilanot Batucha and Clal Finance mutual fund companies merged, combining their expertise and commitment to innovation and learning. They seek to invent new and attractive funds, providing their clients with access to new investment channels in Israel and internationally. Formerly a subsidiary of Clal Finance Ltd. (TSE: CLFN),the firm was acquired by Harel-Pia Mutual Funds Ltd.in 2013.
