Mr. Stenseth has been with Cherokee since 1996 and since that time has directly overseen the closing of over $500 million of brownfield and other related investments.
During this time, he has structured numerous transactions with various sellers and buyers including Fortune 500 companies and development and investment companies, as well as local and federal governmental agencies.
Prior to joining Cherokee, Mr. Stenseth was a Director of Asset Management in the Denver office of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he was responsible for over $1 billion of real estate workout and redevelopment activities for third parties.
Mr. Stenseth has held senior executive positions in the real estate investment and lending departments of Capitol Federal Savings and First Interstate Bank.
He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of North Dakota and earned his MBA from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.
Mr. Stenseth is an active member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) and National Association of Office Parks (NAIOP).
He is also active in several non-profit groups and service organizations throughout the metro Denver area.
