In 2003, he served as a Consultant of Horizon Offshore, Inc. Mr. Terry was Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Terry Offshore, Inc. from 1998 to 2000, Worldwide General Manager of McDermott Offshore Services, Inc. from 1995 to 1998, Vice President of Offshore Pipelines, Inc. from 1992 to 1995 and President, a Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Offshore Petroleum Divers, Inc. from 1988 to 1992.
From 1979 to 1988, he served in a number of capacities with Cal Dive International, Inc., including President and Chief Executive Officer from 1985 to 1988, Vice President-Americas from 1981 to 1985 and a Director from 1979 to 1988.
