The Innergy segment provides unique power solutions including solar and battery pack manufacturing and assembly, and electric charging station assembly, repair and maintenance. The International segment markets and distributes its Blink and Minit-Charger equipment in Australia. The company was founded on April 21, 1999 and was headquartered in Phoenix, AZ.
