Faisal H. Hassan

Mr. Hassan has had several years of both private and public professional experience having served in both the investment banking and governmental sectors.
he worked in Corporate Finance for both E.F.
Hutton and Company, Inc., and Wertheim Schroder and Company, Inc. Subsequently, he served for a number of years as the Chief Financial Officer for the New York Health Plan, Inc., a managed care provider.
Mr. Hassan is a member of the Board of Directors of Florida Tile Industries, Inc. Prior to joining Milestone Capital and since 1996, Mr. Hassan served as the Senior Ministerial Advisor for the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan where he assisted the government with the implementation of the IMF sponsored Economic Structural Adjustment Program and spearheaded the drive for privatization of public sector institutions.
Mr. Hassan received his Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University.
He holds a Master of Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Master in Public Administration from Harvard University.
