Fred Waldeck is a senior investor relations manager, currently charged with co-leading Tishman Speyer’s global Equity Capital Markets group.
In this role, he is primarily focused on leading strategy and capital raising across Asia, including China, Korea, Singapore, and Japan.
Prior to joining Tishman Speyer in 2009, Fred was a managing director in Lehman Brothers’ Global Real Estate Group.
Previously, he was with JPMorgan, where he headed the firm’s West Coast real estate and lodging investment banking group, then moving to their Private Bank.
Previously, Fred held several senior executive positions with Ford Motor Company Financial Services Group, the Robert M.
Bass Group, and Security Pacific National Bank in Los Angeles.
He holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BSBA from Denver University, where he now serves as a member of the Board of Trustees.
