At Bristol-Myers Squibb Company for 12 years, Mr. Cobb served in several senior financial positions where he was responsible for financial reporting, costing, budgeting, planning, analysis, policies and procedures across several pharmaceutical divisions.
Mr. Cobb received his M.S.
in Accounting from Seton Hall University in 1997 and a B.S.
in Business Management from Cornell University.
