Gerald Howard

Gerald M.
Howard served as the President, Chief Executive Officer & Director of the National Association of Home Builders from 1988 to 2023.
Prior to that, he worked as the Chief Lobbyist for the National Council of State Housing Agencies and as a Legislative Analyst for East Tennessee Realtors.
He also served as a Director for Home Innovation Research Labs, Inc. Howard holds a graduate degree from the University of South Carolina and an undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont.
