Gideon Gil

Prior to joining Madison in June 2008, Mr. Gil was a Director of Originations for RCG Longview from January 2004 until joining Madison.
He was responsible for the sourcing, underwriting and structuring of both debt and preferred equity financings for RCG Longview.
In addition, Mr. Gil had oversight responsibilities for the due diligence, legal and asset management process of all non-Agency related completed transactions at the Fund.
In this role, Mr. Gil led the origination of over $725 million in funding composed of multi-family, office, retail, industrial, land, development, and condominium conversions.
Prior to joining RCG Longview, Mr. Gil was a Vice President at ING Clarion Partners, where he was involved in all aspects of real estate acquisitions and development in the office, retail, multi-family, and industrial sectors.
Mr. Gil advised pension fund/institutional clients on the investments of such assets as 900 Third Avenue in New York City, portfolios of warehouse properties in central New Jersey and a joint-venture development with Forest City Ratner Companies for the construction of the New York Times Tower in New York City.
Mr. Gil holds a Bachelors degree from Cornell University and an M.B.A.
in Finance and Real Estate from Columbia Business School.
