Hamza has more than a decade of experience in private equity and M&A and has worked with companies in a variety of industries, with a focus on technology and business services sectors.
Prior to joining H.I.G.
Capital, Hamza worked for Jefferies in the Investment Banking group, where he advised clients on M&A transactions, capital raises and other strategic initiatives.
Hamza received his undergraduate degree, in Computer Science and Economics, from Middlebury College and an M.B.A.
from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
