Iana Liadze

Ms. Iana Liadze is a Principal Economist at The National Institute of Economic & Social Research.
A key member of the macroeconomic modelling and forecasting team, Ms. Liadze is actively involved in the production of the institute’s quarterly Review.
This includes maintaining and analysing large macroeconomic datasets, forecasting, running simulations, writing up country forecasts (particularly US and China) and presenting the world overview at NIESR’s quarterly press conference.
She received her Msc in Economics and Postgraduate Certificate in Economics and Finance from Birkbeck College, University of London.
She also holds a Diploma in Physics from Tbilisi State University, Georgia.
