Mr. Gharghour joined Investcorp in 1993 in the trading line of business and, in 1996, he was assigned to coordinate the development of Investcorp's Asset Management line of business.
Before he joined Investcorp, Ibrahim was with Chemical Bank for 12 years, where he held a number of senior positions in New York and overseas.
Prior to Chemical, he worked for three years at Irving Trust.
In 1988 Irving was bought by the Bank of New York and ceased to exist as an independent entity.
