Jacob Safier

Mr. Safier is a Managing Member of the Wolfson Group, an institution that owns and manages a large portfolio of commercial real estate and actively invests in a diverse array of investments and investment vehicles, including a substantial portfolio of hedge funds and private equity funds.
Mr. Safier is also a private investor and entrepreneur.
He has investments in a variety of companies.
Some of his recent deals include taking a 20% position in publicly traded Seracare Life Sciences, a 25% position in software vendor FieldOne Systems, stakes in custom clothier Astor and Black and internet startup Superfly, a social network for frequent fliers.
Mr. Safier has been an investor with Harold Blue for 16 years, starting with Proxymed, where he made multiple investments while Mr. Blue was the Chairman and CEO.
Mr. Safier subsequently invested in Mr. Blue’s private equity funds, including ComVest Investment Fund II, Healthedge Investment Fund and now BelHealth, increasing his commitments with each new fund.
In addition to being a member of the BelHealth Advisory Board, Mr. Safier is a member of the General Partner of the Fund.
