The Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB) carries out the international responsibilities of the Department of Labor under the direction of the deputy under secretary for International Labor Affairs. It researches and creates international labor, trade, immigration & economic policies and looks after the interests of workers and children overseas. The company also offers technical assistance, publishes reports, helps formulate international agreements and participates in interagency policy reviews.
