Before joining RSL COM, Mr. Ducay was Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Ameritech Interactive Media Services from February 1998 to April 2000 where he was responsible for managing Ameritech's Internet products and related sales channels.
He also served as Managing Director and Vice President for Bell Atlantic/NYNEX.
He has a Master's Degree in Engineering from the University of Illinois and a Master's Degree in Business
Administration from the University of Chicago.
