James P. Holdcroft

Prior to joining Landmark, Mr. Holdcroft was responsible for strategy and investor relations at Greywolf Capital Management, a leading hedge fund management firm.
Prior to that, Mr. Holdcroft held several senior positions in the financial services industry including, managing director at General Atlantic Partners; managing director at Lehman Brothers Inc. where he was an advisor to the Executive Committee on strategy and M&A and was a partner in the private equity group; executive vice president at Republic New York Corporation, and director - Investment Banking at The First Boston Group.
Prior to working in the financial service industry, Mr. Holdcroft practiced law with Skadden, Arps, Slate Meagher & Flom and Sidley & Austin (Brown & Wood).
Mr. Holdcroft is a member of the bar associations of New York, California, and the District of Columbia.
He received a JD from Duke University School of Law and a BA from Amherst College and attended Yale University School of Management.
