Janusz Filipiak

Janusz Filipiak was the founder of Comarch SA, a company founded in 1993, where he held the title of President, Chairman-Management Board & CEO from 1993 to 2024.
He was also the founder of Comarch AG, founded in 1993, where he served as Chairman-Management Board from 1993 to 2023.
In addition to his founding positions, Mr. Filipiak has held former job positions.
From 2019 to 2023, he worked at AGH University of Krakow as the Chairman-University Council.
He also served as the Director-Plenipotentiary at the Teletraffic Research Centre.
From 1991 to 1999, he worked at AGH University of Krakow as a Professor & Manager-Telecommunications Unit.
He was also a Member of the Supervisory Board at Comarch Software und Beratung AG and the President of Miejski Klub Sportowy Cracovia Sportowa SA. Mr. Filipiak obtained his undergraduate degree from AGH University of Krakow in 1976.
