His previous experience includes sell-side research and trading responsibilities focused on high yield bonds for a large Canadian bank where he played a key role in the development of the Canadian high yield bond market.
Mr. Lucas graduated from Queen's University with a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) and from Ivey Business School at Western University with a Masters of Business Administration (MBA).
He also holds the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and the Chartered Accountant (CA) designations.
