(AIFMC), formerly known as Industrial Fund Management Co., Ltd., is a Chinese investment advisory firm which was founded in 2003 through a joint venture between China-based Industrial Securities Co. Ltd. (51 percent) and AEGON International BV (49 percent) (Euronext: AGN; NYSE: AEG) in The Netherlands. Headquartered in Shanghai, AIFMC manages a range of funds for individual and institutional investors. The firm is a socially responsible investor and signatory to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI) which integrates environmental, social, and governance considerations into their investment process.

Industrial Fund Management Co., Ltd. (IFML) is the fund management subsidiary of AEGON-INDUSTRIAL Fund Management Co., Ltd. in China. Established in 2003, the firm was renamed AEGON-Industrial Fund Management in 2007 when the firm entered a joint venture agreement with Dutch insurance company Aegon. The firm is headquartered in Shanghai and manages open-end mutual funds.
