Prior to co-founding Spire Capital, Mr. Goldblatt co-founded Waller-Sutton Media Partners, a private equity fund focused on the media and communications industries.
Prior to Waller-Sutton, Mr. Goldblatt was the Chief Executive Officer of a cable television company whose systems passed in excess of 300,000 homes, which were sold to Cablevision Systems Corporation for approximately $420 million.
He is a past president of the New Jersey Cable Television Association.
Mr. Goldblatt currently serves as a Director of Patriot Media and Communications CNJ, LLC, Sonitrol, Inc., and Vivax, Inc. and was previously a Director of Apex Site Management, Inc. and Classroom Connect, Inc.
He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from McDaniel College, where he serves as a trustee, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
