John E. Dragat

Mr. Dragat has years of real estate development experience with a particular focus on urban, mixed-use and large-scale complex commercial and residential projects.
He has extensive experience managing developments in Manhattan, Washington, DC, Florida, and throughout New England, and also has significant experience creating successful, innovative public/private partnerships and in obtaining federal, state, and local permits and approvals.
Mr. Dragat is an active member of numerous industry associations including the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and NAIOP.
Mr. Dragat is a graduate of Boston University.
