John J. Chalus

Prior to joining Dymas, Mr. Chalus worked for High Street Capital focusing on the sourcing and execution of leveraged buyout and growth equity investments.
Prior to High Street, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance advising companies on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and debt issuances as well as capital restructurings and bankruptcy transactions.
Mr. Chalus began his corporate finance career as an investment banking analyst with Piper Jaffray & Co. in their technology group.
Mr. Chalus earned a B.B.A.
with distinction from the University of Iowa in Finance and an M.B.A.
from the University of Chicago Graduate School Of Business with concentrations in Finance and Strategy.
