John J.
Ryan is the founder of Encina Private Credit LLC.
He previously worked as a Managing Director at General Electric Capital Corp.
from 1999 to 2013.
Prior to that, he was a Senior Auditor at Arthur Young & Co. from 1984 to 1987.
In 2016, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Regency Affiliates, Inc. Mr. Ryan completed his undergraduate degree at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and earned an MBA from The Leonard N Stern School of Business.
