Jon Davies

Jon Davies is currently the Managing Director & Head of Talent at Lightyear Capital LLC since 2020.
Prior to this, he worked as the Director of Recruitment at Point72 Capital Holdings LP from 2016 to 2019, the Head of Recruitment at Blackstone, Inc. from 2011 to 2016, and the Global Head of Markets Recruitment at Royal Bank of Scotland NV (Canada) from 2005 to 2011.
Mr. Davies completed his undergraduate degree from the University of Portsmouth in 1998, another undergraduate degree from The University of Exeter in 1999, and his undergraduate degree from Kingswood School in 1995.
