They are a subsidiary of Banco Bradesco BBI SA, which is owned by Banco Bradesco SA (BVMF: BBDC4, NYSE: BBD). The firm manages local funds that invest globally for Brazilian investors and, on the other hand, it manages management of Latin American funds for foreign investors.
