Joshua M. Harari

Mr. Harari joined Standard & Poor's in 2002.

His duties included sharing primary responsibility for the day-to-day management of the JNL/S&P Funds from 1998 to 2000.
Prior to 1998, Mr. Harari supervised S&P's industry equity analysts and covered the automotive and capital goods sectors.
