Jumoke Ogundare

Ms. Jumoke Ogundare is a Chief Executive Officer at Asset & Resource Management Co. Ltd. and a Chief Executive Officer at Asset & Resource Management Co. Ltd. She is on the Board of Directors at ARM Securities Corp and Mixta África SA. Prior to becoming the CEO of the ARM Group, she was responsible for ARM’s asset management business, managing business development, investment management and research, ARM Trustees, and the ARM mutual funds.

She has several years of credit & marketing experience spanning International Merchant Bank (IMB), Prime Merchant Bank Limited, and Citadel Savings and Loans.
She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Jos and an MBA from the University of Cardiff.
