Previously, she worked as a Secretary, Director & Compliance Officer at 8990 Holdings, Inc. She also held the position of Secretary & Chief Legal Counsel at Millennium Global Holdings, Inc. from 2012 to 2013.
Prior to that, she was the Head-Prosecution & Enforcement Department at Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. in 2009.
She also worked as a General Counsel at Fortune Managers in 2006.
Ms. de Leon pursued her undergraduate studies at De La Salle University in 1991 and completed her graduate degree at the University of Ateneo de Manila in 1995.
