Justice Vitug

Justice Jose Cabrera Vitug is currently the Chairman of Angeles University Foundation Medical Center and an Independent Director at Clark Electric Distribution Corp.
He is also an Independent Director at P.A. Alvarez Properties & Development Corp.
and a Senior Professor at the Philippine Judicial Academy and the Supreme Court of the Philippines.
Additionally, he serves as a Trustee at Mission Communications Foundation, Inc. and was previously the Dean of Angeles University Foundation School of Law and a Professor at San Beda College of Law.
Formerly, Mr. Vitug served as the Chairman of the Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. and the Securities Clearing Corp.
of The Philippines.
He was also an Independent Director at ABS-CBN Corp., Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc., and ABS-CBN Holdings Corp.
Furthermore, he held the position of General Counsel & Management Consultant at Manila Electric Co. and was an Associate Justice at the Supreme Court of the Philippines.
Mr. Vitug obtained his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Manuel L.
Quezon University and a graduate degree from the National Defense College of the Philippines.
