Mr. Kachadurian joined Ampersand in 1996, following 20 years in the water treatment and food processing industries at Ionics, where he created numerous new businesses and managed subsidiaries and joint ventures in 16 countries.
At Ampersand, Mr. Kachadurian has served as the founding CEO of three specialty foods companies that reflect his expertise in purifications and separations – MicroPack, PROTIENT and Soy Protein Technology, Inc. Mr. Kachadurian also sits on the board of Nuvex Food Ingredients.
He holds an M.S.
in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida.
