Kevin D. Cox

Prior to Stockbridge, Mr. Cox had a fourteen-year tenure with the Manager and PaineWebber, Mr. Cox’s responsibilities have focused on the origination, underwriting, structuring and closing of commercial real estate debt and equity portfolios.
Over this period, Mr. Cox has evaluated over $5.0 billion in real estate and real estate-related assets for acquisition and sale, including investments made on behalf of PaineWebber and Fund I.
Previously, Mr. Cox held various finance positions at AT&T in the Treasurer’s Office and at Resource Management Corporation, AT&T’s real estate subsidiary.
Mr. Cox received a B.A.
in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross and an M.B.A.
in Finance from the Boston College Graduate School of Management.
