Konstantin Rogov

Mr. Konstantin Rogov is Chief Financial Officer at MDM Bank OJSC and a Managing Director at MDM Bank OJSC.
Mr. Rogov was appointed as CFO in December 2010.
From April 2009 he was member of the Management Board of the pre-merger MDM Bank.
Since March 2009 he has been head of the newly-formed Treasury Department, which encompasses a number of departments from Corporate and Investment Banking.
From November 2008, he worked as Deputy Head of Corporate & Investment Banking.
He joined MDM Bank as the Head of Treasury in 2003.
From 1998 until he joined MDM, Mr. Rogov had been Head of the Treasury Department at Impexbank, where he was in charge of liquidity management, and asset and liability management, as well as taking part in the development of the bank’s long-term strategy.
Between 1995 and 1998, he worked at Russian Credit Bank, where he rose from being a trader to Head the Treasury Department.
He has worked in the banking industry since 1994.
Constantine graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 1993 with a degree in applied physics and mathematics.
In 1997, he graduated from the Russian State Academy of Finance with a degree in Finance and Credit.
