Prior to this, Ms. Modise worked at Bowman Gilfillan, Inc. as the Head-Private Equity & Partner from 2010 to 2014.
Ms. Modise also held positions at ABSA Bank Ltd.
as the General Counsel-Wealth & Investment Management, and at ABSA Corporate & Investment Bank as the General Counsel.
Ms. Modise completed an undergraduate degree at the University of Pretoria in 2000 and a graduate degree at the University of South Australia in 2005.
