Prior to joining Rochdale, Ms. Gao worked with Schultz Financial Group Inc. as an investment analyst covering a broad spectrum of asset classes.
Before moving to the U.S.
for her graduate studies, Ms. Gao worked in China with Haitong Securities as an equity analyst and with Sun Securities as an investment banker.
Ms. Gao earned her B.A. in international business from Anhui University, her M.A. in economics from Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade, and her M.B.A. with concentrations in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago.
She passed Level II of the Chartered Financial Analyst examination in June 2006.
