Linda Ebrahim

Ms. Linda Ebrahim is a Director at National Public Finance Guarantee Corp.
Prior to National, she was part of MBIA Insurance Corp.’s Insured Portfolio Management Division.
Ms. Ebrahim joined MBIA Inc. in 2007, bringing with her an extensive credit background.
As a as a senior vice president at U.S.
Trust from 2004 to 2007 and as a senior vice president with Prudential Securities from 2001 to 2004, Ms. Ebrahim covered a broad array of sectors and regions, both on the research side and in support of trading.
From 1994 to 2001, Ms. Ebrahim was at Moody’s managing the Northeast and Midwest regions.
She started as an analyst in their Midwest Region and also worked in the Southwest Region.
While at Moody’s she developed an analytic framework for “red flags” as well as contributed to analytic guidelines for revenue bond analysis.
She started her public sector work as a supervising analyst in New York City Mayor’s Office.
Ms. Ebrahim has a BA in Political Science from Hunter College and a Master of Public Administration in Quantitative Analysis with high honors from John Jay College.
