They are a wholly-owned subsidiary of Boston Trust Walden Co., which in turn is wholly-owned by Boston Trust Walden Corp. Boston Trust Walden provides investment advisory services to the Boston Trust Walden Funds and separately managed accounts which includes institutions, pensions, government agencies and other institutional clients. They also provide investment management services to investors with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) guidelines and sub-advisory services to mutual funds.
