Marco Cornaglia

Marco is the founder of Studio Cornaglia & Associati, active in Milan since 1993 in associated form.
Through his business consultancy activity, he has gained extensive experience relating to tax, corporate and financial statement aspects, favoring issues of an extraordinary nature both alongside entrepreneurs and as an advisor to Private Equity funds.
He is a chartered accountant and auditor and holds numerous positions in the boards of statutory auditors of Italian joint-stock companies.
Marco graduated in Economics at the University of Verona.
