Mark Russell Lilly

Mr. Mark R.
Lilly is a Chief of Administration & Client Relations at CM Management LLC.
As a member of the Fund’s management team, he is responsible for the Fund’s administration.
Prior to co-founding the firm, Mr. Lilly started his career in the accounting profession as a CPA with Coopers & Lybrand, where he worked from 1977 to 1979.
He then served as Assistant Controller and Corporate Controller of LAACO, Incorporated, a publicly traded company with businesses in private clubs, real estate and manufacturing from 1979 to 1984.
Mr. Lilly was a senior finance and retail executive with the Walt Disney Company from 1987 to 1998, where he was last responsible for almost 200 stores in 11 countries with approximately 5,000 employees and $500 million in sales.
Since leaving Disney, Mr. Lilly has been both an investor and entrepreneur.
He co-founded the venture backed company Bizbuyer.com, served as a member of Tech Coast Angels, the largest angel investment organization in Southern California, and developed Cascade Ridge, a high-end residential community of 24 homes in the ski resort of Big Sky, Montana.
During most of his career, Mr. Lilly has been both a personal investor and entrepreneur.
Mr. Lilly graduated with a B.S.
from the University of Southern California in 1977, where he was awarded the Alpha Kappa PSI Key for the highest grade point average at USC and the gold medal for the highest CPA exam score in California in May 1977.
Mr. Lilly received an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1986 with emphasis in finance and real estate.
