Hornby is a Managing Director at Abbott Capital Management LLC.
Prior to joining Abbott Capital in 2005, Ms. Hornby was counsel and a member of the Private Equity Group at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP, representing investment advisors and public pension plans and other limited partner investors, as well as general partner groups, in all aspects of private equity fund formation.
Ms. Hornby received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Boston College and her J.D.
from Boston College Law School in 1996.
She has been a member of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since 1996.
