Michael D. Richter

Richter is a Senior Vice President of Commerce Street Capitals bank development team and has an impressive track record in financial services and sales.
He has helped raise more than $62 million in capital and works as an on-site adviser by assisting community banks in both initial and secondary offerings.
Prior to joining Commerce Street Capital, Mr. Richter was a financial adviser at Edward Jones Investments in Charlotte, N.C., where he launched and progressively built a successful, referral-based business by transforming prospects into a loyal client base.
He attributes his success to working hard, pounding the pavement and throwing well-planned events similar to what he does on-site for the community banks he raises capital with.
Previously, Mr. Richter worked for eleven years in sales in various industries.
Mr. Richter received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Western Carolina University, in North Carolina, and holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses.
